First and foremost our design services are always absolutely free!  Our graphic designers will never charge you hundreds of dollars just to create your perfect tent.  That said, we will only ask that you send us your ideas and input in a timely manner.  We will then send an invoice for payment when everyone is happy with the end result.

SO, HERE’S WHAT WE’LL NEED WHEN YOU’RE READY TO GO:

• A filled out design sheet – see below – right click on the sheet and save it someplace handy on your computer.  
• Logo for tent – Please send over your logo in a high resolution version, vector format – EPS, PDF or AI. If you have a professionally made logo, you will have these file types.
• Please contact us if you are not sure about step 2.  We will be more than happy to guide you.
• Colors – in general – you prefer for backgrounds of each piece. Canopy, side and back walls can all be different if you prefer.
• Text/Info for the tent valance – most put a phone number and/or website – but you are not limited by anything but space.
• Info/images for back wall – most use a logo but you can use pictures or info about your company.
• Info for side walls – most put logo and/or social media info here. We have social media logos so no need to provide, just note.
• If you want the same thing on all sides, just note that also.

FOR THOSE WITH DESIGNERS OR DESIGN EXPERIENCE:

• Please design your files using only CMYK to ensure best color matching. Our next day items can only be printed using CMYK.  While we do not guarantee color matches, we always do our best.
• Please outline your text to ensure nothing changes during transfer.
• Please be mindful ot the Guides and Safe Zones. We like to use the guides provided in the program.
• The Bleed Zones are hidden inside the seams. However, we STRONGLY recommend you extend your background color or graphics
  to the edges of your artboards to make sure there are no unprinted areas.
