Capital Banner is a family owned business that was started by Glenn and Julie Lydell in 2012. After years of working in the marketing sector for a large chain restaurant, Glenn began forming printing partnerships to produce quality signage for customers. Slowly, but surely, other products joined the mix including flags, canopies, event tents, artwork and more. The Capital Banner goal is to offer custom solutions for small businesses, large corporations, and political organizations. When you shop with us you get products that help your business stand out from the rest, at a fraction of the cost.
How can I place an order with Capital Banner?
It’s simple. Just go to the product that you want and click on it to go to our simple to use design tool. Design your product and then just check out like you would anywhere. No need to pay just yet. Our design staff will look over your design to make sure it is perfect. When it is, we will send an invoice. Pay that securely online and we will get your item right into production
What payment method can I use?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. You can pay your invoice securely online. All invoices will include applicable sales taxes as well as shipping charges.
Do your products come with a warranty?
There is no expressed warranty for Banner products or hardware except for manufacturer defects. The Banner products are for indoor or outdoor use and are subject to the hazards of the environment, including acts of nature. These Banners have a typical life span of 3-4 months if displayed 24 hours a day, depending on weather conditions. We will NOT warranty for bent poles AFTER installation. The lifespan of all products may be extended by bringing products in at night and/or during high winds or stormy conditions. Manufacturing defects are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please check all packages for completeness upon arrival. You have 5 days to let us know of any problems. The answers in this FAQ do not serve as a guarantee of any type.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges. This is why it is very important that you pay close attention to detail when viewing the proof. Once it has been sent to production, there is no turning back.

The customer will approve the final proof before printing. Capital Banner is not responsible for errors including spelling or phone numbers. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information is correct.
